Who better to "Run the Show" at our Strength & Conditioning Center other than a battle tested client who has seen the results first hand over the past 5 years? Amy Fanning has become Good Energy Training.
But don't expect to see Amy in one place in our 10,000 sq foot facility because she wears a lot of hats here. In addition to being the "Welcoming Director" at the front desk, she also assumes the role of scheduling coordinator, tour guide & director of Q&A. Amy's role at GE also includes training! She has enjoyed training at Good Energy so much that she became certified in 2011 with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM.
Amy is a mom of three football players – Ryan, Kevin & Kyle who have all trained at GE over the years and her husband Mike is an avid spinner at GE!
In her free time, Amy is the ultimate caregiver and is usually helping a friend, colleague or someone in need of assistance whether it be a ride, a meal or a fundraiser. Amy also is a 5K & Obstacle Race enthusiast never backing down from a "race challenge" or GE Team event. Amy's family comes first and she loves quiet days with them at the beach in the summer.
On the philanthropic front, Amy is the Good Energy Training "Gift Basket maker" and the word is out because we call on her to prepare our giveaways & donated items for auction.
Amy believes in GE and is the perfect fit to welcome newcomers to our Program & explain why GE is different then ALL other personal training businesses & performance centers. Amy has been instrumental in transitioning the Good Energy Training Shop into Bergen County's ONLY Personal & Professional – Strength & Conditioning Center.
